Mind-body therapy for psychological symptoms
Many symptoms can be reduced or prevented using body-consciousness
techniques (working with the body and meditation : anxiety, sleep disturbance,
depressive rumination, emotional instability etc.) Learning these techniques can
also be a complement to your regular psychotherapy or a way to reduce or stop
taking medication.
Therapeutic work in two folds :
-To understand better the symptom : what triggers it, what keeps it going, its role in our life. How to transform the way we understand the symptom in a way so that we can free ourselves from it.
-Exploration of psycho-body/meditation techniques according to your needs and personality.
